Completion time
The time it takes to complete a commission can vary depending on its complexity, ranging from less than a week to a month or more.
If you have a specific deadline or need the artwork completed by a certain date, please make sure to mention it clearly in your message. Otherwise, the start and completion time for your commission will align with my schedule, taking into account other commissions in the batch. Rest assured, you won’t have to wait an unreasonable amount of time (e.g., several months). If you’re concerned about timing, feel free to communicate with me at any point.
I’ll provide regular updates, including work-in-progress (WIP) images and options for feedback, to ensure the commission meets your expectations. This process helps avoid major last-minute changes, which can significantly delay completion. Minor adjustments are welcome as part of the process, but significant changes that could have been addressed earlier will incur an additional fee.
Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Personal or Commercial Use:
The initial price covers personal use of the artwork. For commercial use, an additional fee will apply.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights:
The client receives personal usage rights (or commercial rights with an additional fee). Copyright for the final work is retained by the artist unless otherwise agreed.
3. Artwork Publication:
As the artist, I reserve the right to publish the final artwork on my social media and portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
4. Payment:
Full payment is required upfront to begin the commission.
5. Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed.
6. Review Phases and Revisions:
The commission process is divided into three phases: sketch, lineart, and color. Once each phase is approved by the client, no changes will be accepted for that phase. If changes are requested after approval, an additional fee of 10 USD per change will apply.
7. Included Revisions:
Each commission includes up to 2 revisions per phase. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge of 10 USD.
8. Character Design:
For character design services, up to three sketches will be provided to explore the client’s requested concept. If the client is not satisfied with any of the initial ideas, an additional 20 USD fee can be paid for three more design explorations.
9. Rush Orders:
I am open to accepting rush orders, subject to a 20% surcharge on the original commission price.
10. Digital File Terms:
Commissions are delivered in digital format only, with no physical copies provided. The client is responsible for storing the file once it is delivered.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have purchased a digital asset.

Workflow
1. Concept and Reference Gathering:
I begin by discussing the client’s idea, collecting relevant details and any references available for the character or scene. This helps establish a clear vision for the commission.
2. Initial Sketch and Feedback:
I create a preliminary sketch and share it with the client for review. Based on the client’s feedback, I make any necessary adjustments to the sketch. This stage is key for refining the character’s pose, expression, and overall composition.
3. Lineart Approval:
Once the sketch is approved, I proceed with the lineart. This is the client’s last opportunity to request any adjustments to the drawing. After the lineart is approved, no further changes will be made to the composition or details.
4. Coloring and Final Approval:
I start by applying base colors and share this stage with the client to confirm the color palette. The client may request minor adjustments to the colors at this point.
5. Final Delivery:
Once the colors are finalized, I complete any additional shading or rendering and deliver the final piece in the agreed-upon digital format.
